Terms of service

Turnaround Time (TAT):

• Ready-to-ship items: 1–4 business days.

• Always check the post for TAT (if it’s missing, just ask!).

• No refunds if you miss the TAT, so be sure to peek before ordering.

• Questions? DM me before you buy!

Payments:

• Please pay within 24 hours.

• Need more time? One extension allowed if you let me know.

• No payment = removal from the group (no hard feelings, promise!).

Returns:

• Must be started within 7 business days of delivery.

• After that, returns aren’t accepted.

• Buyer covers return shipping unless it’s our mistake.

• Store credit issued once I receive the item back.

• Inspired, custom, sale, and pre-orders = FINAL SALE (unless damaged).

• If an inspired/custom item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 3 business days.
