Refund policy
All custom orders must be pre-approved and paid for separately before production begins. Adding a note at checkout or sending a message after purchase does not automatically qualify an order as custom or guarantee that changes can be made.
If you’d like to request a custom design, please reach out prior to purchasing so that I can confirm availability, pricing, and turnaround time.
Once an order is placed for a standard (non-custom) item and production has begun, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be made, unless previously confirmed in writing by Willow & Oaks Boutique.
All items are created according to the product descriptions and images provided at the time of purchase. Orders are made and shipped within the posted turnaround time, and communication attempts regarding order details will be made using the contact information provided at checkout.
